Experience a remodeled house in a safe and one of the best neighborhoods in South Florida with lush greenery and nature. Parking for up to two cars. Located just a 10-15 minute drive from Surfside and Bal Harbor beaches. The spacious backyard features a large pool, BBQ area, and outdoor patio. Across the road is a golf course, with a country club minutes away. Aldi grocery store is within walking distance, and Whole Foods, Publix, and more are a short drive away. Downtown, Brickell, and Wynwood are about 15 minutes by car.
