A unique and peaceful getaway, our "Huck's Hideaway Cottage" is a recently renovated 2 bedroom home that is just a short walk (< 5 min) from the Santa Fe River and a boat launching ramp (view our photo collage). Conveniently located within 10-15 min drive of 3 of Florida's most popular springs. There is great dining & unique shopping locally. Check out our guest book for more information. **Due to the recent damage from Hurricane Helene, we are in the process of remodeling the back patio area as there was damage to the screen and the roof. Thanks for understanding.

The river cottage is located in a rural community in north Florida. The cottage sits on 3 acres that is mostly wooded. Neighboring homes and camps are not within eyesight because of the foliage and woods that surround the property. The cottage itself is located mostly out of site from the road. There is a pull through drive which allows guests to enter and exit different locations on the property. This allows for those pulling trailers to not be subject to difficult turnarounds. There are no significant issues with getting around the property or the local area. The river cottage is located in rural and beautiful north central Florida. The property is located in Columbia county. The town of Fort White (Columbia County) is just a short 5 minute drive north and the town of High Springs (Alachua County) is a short 10 minute drive east of the property.
