This home offers both a coffee bar and margarita bar with amazing panoramic views while you drink them! Like playing game? The downstairs is equipped with fun for the whole family. Indirect access to the gulf. There is a lift on the canal that can be used to get to the gulf with a 22ft boat or smaller boat with no t-top.
