Welcome to Flowing Lake, the perfect getaway from the hectic city life and enjoy true relaxation. This open concept rambler is located less than 50 steps from the water of one of Washington's most beautiful lakes systems. The rambler, set back on the west side of the lake provides a peaceful and quiet setting with stunning waterfront views. Enjoy this idyllic lakeside retreat from the living room, deck, or private dock. Come to the lake and "check it out" for as long as you'd like. Pets welcome! Please note that the unit requires navigating mandatory stairs.

Neighbourhood information

Flowing Lake is a spring-fed lake in Snohomish County near the Cascade Mountain foothills. Its about an hour from Seattle and easily accessible. The lake itself actually comprises three lakes - all connected! There is a boat launch and public park with picnic facilities. You can waterski, wakeboard, or tube on two of the lakes. Fishing opportunities include rainbow trout, largemouth bass, black crappie, yellow perch, and catfish. There are also hiking trails and winter skiing at Stevens Pass within reach. There is plenty of shopping nearby in Granite Falls or Monroe where you can find grocery stores and even a movie theater! The Evergreen state fairgrounds are also within driving distance for special events, concerts, and the fair. Snohomish is well-known in the area for antique shopping and their yummy bakery!
