This beautifully renovated private one bedroom basement apartment with its modern chic décor has everything you need: brand new kitchenette, two large Smart TV's, new comfortable sectional sofa & storage ottoman, new Zinus memory foam mattress, private parking, & washer & dryer! The bathroom shower is a standing shower, with a light motion sensor light located in the stall for added safety. You will be provided some shower essentials as well! There is a designated office space for effortless remote work, which includes a large sit down/stand up desk, sturdy office chair, dual monitors you can connect to your laptop, and a wireless printer. You will also have the convenience of on-site washer and dryer, detergent included. There’s space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. We will provide an air mattress and pump, and the 4th person can be accommodated on the large comfortable couch. Please note: Ceiling is 6’4” height

The local area is filled with some amazing restaurants, views, and many activities. In addition, we are close to major hospitals, and have all major highways easily accessible. It is situated on a quiet tree lined street, in a lovely residential area, away from the commotion, but close enough to all of the popular spots. Ten minute drive to NJ Transit train station, 5 minute walk to NJ Transit bus stop. The apartment is minutes away from ALL major highways including Route 17, Route 80, Route 46, Route 4, Garden State Parkway, and the NJ Turnpike Close to all major highways, and hospitals, incl; Hackensack University Medical Center & Englewood Medical Center. Cozy, clean, & comfortable, on a quiet tree lined street. Location, Location! Located in the heart Northern NJ, Bergen County.
