General guidelines include age requirements, where guests must be at least 25 years old to book

and stay, or 22–25 with explicit host approval and a valid photo ID for verification. Local

residents must contact the host before booking. For those interested in using the heated pool, it is

available for $20 per day with 24-hour notice, though heating costs are billed separately and are

subject to availability and weather conditions. For safety reasons, guests are advised to sit and

slide into the pool, especially children, who must always be supervised. Parking is allowed only

inside the gated property on paved or gravel surfaces, with a maximum of 5 standard vehicles.

Please do not park on the road or grass, and be mindful of noise during quiet hours (10:00 PM to

7:00 AM), which are in compliance with the Fort Lauderdale Noise Ordinance.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and smoking, vaping, or the use of open flames indoors

is not permitted. Violations may incur significant fines and additional cleaning fees. A

designated smoking area is available in the backyard near the picnic table. Pets are not allowed

on the property, and violators will be subject to cleaning fees and fines. Guests are asked to keep

the property tidy and dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. The exterior cameras installed

around the property are for safety, and tampering with them will result in fines and immediate

removal from the property. Please respect the private easement leading to the property, avoiding

parking or blocking access, and be mindful that construction on a neighboring property may

occur during your stay.

For your safety, the host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your

stay, and guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety, including supervision of children

in the pool. Florida’s weather can change quickly, so be prepared for heat, rain, and humidity.

The host is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items, and guests are encouraged to take

precautions to avoid slips and falls, especially when the floors are wet. By booking this property,

you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to abide by these rules and all Fort

Lauderdale County Ordinances.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of US$1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
