It is very quite and safe neighborhood with suburban feel, scenic views, and access to hiking trails, making them attractive for those seeking a quieter living environment. Separate entrance. There are many restaurants around the area. Some famous ones are Beppe and Giannis Trattoria, Hey, Neighbor Friendly, The Taste of India, Glenwood, Brails Restaurant, Hideaway bakery, McMenamis North Bank, Prince pucklers ice cream, Sweet life Patisserie, T4, Sushi Ya, 5th street Public Market, Eugene Saturday Market, Beer Garden.
