KLAS Properties is a family run business, our ultimate goal is to provide the best experience for all of our guests. We ourselves often gather our family here at our mountain retreat to celebrate special occasions. Spending time reconnecting with nature and those important to us, with out the chaotic distractions of our day to day lives or the bustling city life. At our Kin House location we seek to provide a place of escape and retreat as well as a knowledgable source of information about the local Sierra Mountains, surrounding towns, lakes and local experiences to be had.
