Capitol Hill basement apartment with a separate entrance, garage parking, high ceilings, kitchenette, king size bed and queen size memory foam pullout couch. Located in a historic neighborhood blocks away from the metro and dining in Eastern Market and Barracks Row. Nice, quiet neighborhood from which it is easy to enjoy all that DC has to offer.
