Space to spread out inside or out.3 separate livings spaces, plus a game room inside allow room for everyone.Not to mention the 4 BR's as well.If you want to move outside, you can enjoy the privacy fenced back yard that gives you comfort while swimming at your own private pool and hot tub.Enjoy cooking on the gas grill and chilling under the pergola with gas fire-pit for chilly evenings or just sit by the pool in the lounge chairs.Space galore for large groups of friends or multiple families.

Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for making the short walk to the beach or dinner or walk the other way for a quick game of tennis with our provided tennis rackets and balls.
