Nestled within the sought-after Kona Makai property, this top-floor unit offers a tranquil escape. With the ability to accommodate up to 4 guests, it's an ideal retreat for families, couples, or a small group of friends. Please note that there are no elevators at this property. Step into this beautifully maintained condo and be greeted by soaring cathedral ceilings that create an airy, inviting ambiance. Enjoy dining on the covered lanai, where majestic ocean views serve as your backdrop. The primary bedroom beckons with a king-sized bed and a private lanai. The loft space boasts a queen-sized bed, offering extra space without compromising on coziness. Your comfort is our priority. Stay connected with free WiFi and adjust your environment AC units in the bedroom and living area. The Kona Makai complex is an oceanfront oasis situated along the renowned Alii Drive, just 1.3 miles from vibrant Kona town. Lounge by the heated oceanfront pool and spa, let the sun kiss your skin as you enjoy stunning sunsets, or fire up the gas BBQ for a delightful cookout. Engage in friendly matches at the tennis courts or challenge friends to a game of ping pong at the recreational area. Minimum stay varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets unit. Construction Notice: Spalling repairs began in July 2024 and will continue into 2025. Work will take place Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, involving ladders, scaffolds, boom lifts, and construction tools. Please inquire with KCV for additional information.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. A 25% deposit and completed Guest Reservation Application are required for booking confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations may be canceled for late payment or extenuating circumstances (e.g. double bookings, property sale, or emergency repairs).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
