Having been in the same family's ownership since the 1980s - this cheerful abode is full of family love and rich memories. Centrally located in Lake Arrowhead, this cabin provides the perfect weekend escape for outdoor lovers and adventure enthusiasts alike. Right along the lake, enjoy feeding the ducks or take a ride on the ferry. Lake Arrowhead Village homes excellent restaurants and shops, for when you aren't playing in nature, and Blue Jay has additional stores and a movie theater. Invigorating dips into the water can be indulged in at Lake Gregory, a quick drive away, and thrill-filled ski trips can be taken to nearby Big Bear. Back at your stay, nestle up on the sofa, or engage in a family game night while the chef of your family whips up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. The spacious dining table makes mealtime easy, but if you'd prefer to dine alfresco, head out onto the cabin's deck where the wildlife viewing is excellent! A gas grill is also available when you'd like to escalate your cooking. As evening nears, gather around the fireplace and reminisce on sweet memories before heading outside and watching the sunset fall over the area's trees. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
