"La joie de vivre" embodies a new connection with nature, a place you cannot see from the street, but you will slowly discover as you drive through a forest to reach this designer home, intended to immerse you in mother nature and offer you the privilege of total privacy. You will enjoy 30 fenced acres of serenity and a brand new house with space, comfort and privacy. Each room gives you access to more than 2000SF of covered porch, with sitting areas, a grill area and a 6 people hot tub for fun.
Retired and trying to enjoy this period of my life. I like to travel to Europe, where I have roots, but also in the USA and Mexico. I am clean and organized and leave a very light footprint.
