Among the amenities – New W/W Carpet in Bedrooms of the house - 4 Smart TV’s – 2 Gas Grills (1 on ground level and 1 on top deck off kitchen ) – Updated Composite Dock – Large Ground Level Deck – Ping Pong and foosball table are in garage and with an extra refrigerator.
