This is a beautiful first floor apartment in a duplex. Fully renovated, high end, luxury furniture. The home is conveniently located 5 minutes to downtown St Pete as well as walking distance to crescent lake. Grab a bike and ride around the beautiful lake! Want to hit the beach?
