Enjoy our beautiful second floor apartment in a duplex. This is an updated unit with high end and luxurious furniture. The home is conveniently located 5 minutes to downtown St Pete as well as walking distance to crescent lake. Want to hit the beach? Your closest beach is 13 minutes away! Grab a bike and ride around the beautiful lake, hit the city, or enjoy the gulf side. Anything is possible with this centrally located home!

Neighbourhood information

This apartment is located walking distance to a beautiful lake. The area has great trails, wild animals and is very dog friendly. We are walking distance to sunken garden and 5 minutes to the hype of city downtown.
