Experience true lake front living in this adorable home. Charlottesville and Massanutten Ski Resort are only 25 minutes from Green Acres Lake. Harrisonburg is only 30 minutes. This newly remodeled, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is the perfect place to spend a quality vacation any time of the year. We have everything you need to enjoy the lake including hot tub, canoes, stand up paddle boards, 4 person paddle boat, fishing and beach gear. The community also has a nice beach with pavilion. Golf course is 9 minutes way. Your dogs are welcome. No unauthorized guests; this will result in an extra fee.
