Property information
Make everlasting memories at this unique and beautiful lake home. This fully renovated home has tremendous views from the inside and out! You will not want to miss the sunset from here! You also have your own private dock with a boat slip just a few steps away in the backyard! You are only 5 min away from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown Winchester. There is also a gas station with a bait & tackle shop next door that you can easily walk to in less than 30 seconds for unbelievable convenience.
Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in October and will return to normal levels in May. During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat and no swimming off the dock during this timeframe.
The fireplace in the living room is not functional.
