Spacious home that offers one of a kind view of Lake Washington. Centrally located and yet secluded in a quiet neighborhood. ✔ I-5, I-405 and 167 are within 2 miles ✔ 15 mins to SeaTac airport ✔ 5 mins to Top Golf ✔ 25 mins to downtown Seattle ✔ 17 mins to downtown Bellevue ✔ Walmart, Fred Meyer, Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Uwajimaya and Pabla Indian Grocery are within 2 miles radius. ✔ On site washer and dryer for your convenience ✔ Cul-de-sac end of the street

Lay back, friendly and quiet neighborhood. House is secluded yet centrally located. Best to get around by car. Bus station is located at bottom of the hill which is a short walk from the house.
