Property information

Two-bedroom renovated lake home perched 50 feet above Tim's Ford Lake with spectacular views. It's the lower half of a lake home with a private entrance and a private covered patio, hot tub, gas fire pit and floating dock. The living room has a 10x9; pull down screen with an HD projector, surround sound and high-speed wireless internet. Two kayaks and a pedal boat are available. No one will be in the upper portion of the home while you stay :) In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
