Located in Harbor between Simmons Island and Kennedy Park. Perfect for a family taking advantage of remote work, school, relocating or getting treatment at Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Less than a 5 minute walk to playgrounds and beach and less than 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The train station is 1 mile where you can be in downtown Chicago in less than 2 hours avoiding traffic and parking.
I am not local but I have people to help who are and am available by phone, text or email.
Peaceful area beside the lake with walking/biking path and next to Simmons Island and near playgrounds.
