Easy access to the beach park and playground, scenic Gene Coulon park and a trail to the Seattle Seahawks Athletic Center, all are in walking distance. 10 mins to downtown Bellevue for world class shopping and dining adventures, 15 mins to downtown Seattle, easy access to I-5, I-405. Also easy commute to SeaTac airport. This cozy and stylish space is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a nicely equipped kitchen, 2 queen 12 inch memory foam mattresses, and a comfy couch for your lounging needs. TV with Disney Plus, Game table indoor and Patio seat, backyard with a fire pit outdoor for a family time. Smart TV with streaming needs such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime, and other options. Quiet work space/vanity desk at bedroom. Instant Rice Pot, Hand sanitizer dispenser, Baby safe Honest Shampoo/Conditioner&Seventh Generation Laundry detergent, Decaf tea bag...All detailed home lover selections make you think of it a home. Please ask host for Baby Pack&Play if you come with your little ones. Smart-lock check in. Plenty parking space in the driveway and front of the house. Driveway is preferred for your convenience. Simplisafe home security system without camera will be used only when the property is vacant to protect our home..
