Charming 2 bedroom house located across the street from Beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack! Sit on the deck, enjoy the lake and listen to the boats come in! Located conveniently next door to Capri Marina. Enjoy the Poconos - Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall.
I enjoy family, friends, craft beer, fine wines, boating, & vacationing. I love meeting new people, and hearing their stories. It is always interesting to meet people from all walks of life. There will be limited, if any, visual contact with management. Although we may stop by to say hello.
Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Property is in a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. You will need your own vehicle to get to the stores or restaurants. The lake, Capri Marina, & Capri Restaraunt are walking distance. Parking for 2 cars available. Please do not park in our grass, due to the location of our septic system.
