We are a young married couple living at this house for over 5 years. I have managed different type of businesses and rental units. My wife is a successful hair dresser. Recently we decided to share part of the house that we did not use much with guests. We would do our best and beyond for our guests to have a luxury stay and feel like home in our place.

This guest Suite offer over 560 sq. feet of living space, 1 Queen bed 1 Sofa bed. full kitchen, Central A/c and heat and shared garden. Plenty of free street parking, Smart 55 inch TV, Wi-Fi. Distances: (approximately) Topanga village 4.5 miles , 12 minutes by driving Malibu 22 miles 30, minutes by driving Hollywood 15 miles, 20 minutes by driving The space This is a house that guests are staying in the front unit with the host living in the back. The front yard is common area. Bedroom is roomy and the bathroom is located in the bedroom. Guest access This Unit access is in front of the main gate as you can see in the listing pictures.
