Newer 2023, 3-bedroom home, (blow-up mattress in office) with two full baths, eat-in kitchen, island, cafe area, living room, screened-in lanai with patio set, table, and TV. Master bath and walk-in closet. Washer/Dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal. Community amenities include clubhouse, 2 pools, a spa, a fitness center, and an activities director all in a safe gated 55+ community. Beaches within 20 minutes, airports within 25 minutes...
Sharing my home with seasonal renters. Rental is 6 months, per HOA, but there are exceptions, 55+only.
Very well kept and safe area, a gated community, with nearby shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within 5 minutes.
