This NEW CONSTRUCTION home,never rented before has 5 bdrms and 4 bthrms including a primary and junior suite with their own private bathroom. This reverse living, 2800 sq ft home features an elevator, open concept main floor flooded with tons of light, oversized island, 6 burner stove, air fryer, everything you need to cook a full meal on those nights you don't feel like leaving this little piece of paradise Just 6 houses from the beach and steps to the bay enjoy fun in the sun, sand and on the water. When you're ready for lunch come back to the yard where the kids can swim in the heated pool while you grill on the blackstone and watch the game on the outdoor flatscreen. Later have dinner on the rooftop dining table while catching stunning views of the sunsets over the bay. Before you head back down to the yard for a early evening dip in the hot tub,stop off on the first floor to grab a bottle of wine from the mini bar. Adjacent to the yard is a screen in porch and indoor game room with oversized connect 4, darts, beer pong and basketball to name a few. With an outdoor cooler and full size 2nd fridge in the garage you'll never run out of food, drink, and FUN
