Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies will occur. There is the possibility that unscheduled access to the units may be required during certain phases. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Elevator service may be periodically interrupted during this time. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of Vacasa's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted. This sunny one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is an instant mood booster for the up to four people who choose to vacation here. Located in Orange Beach, this condo draws your attention immediately to the private balcony with a big view of the white-sand beach and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo complex features an indoor pool and an outdoor pool on the Gulf side.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
