Great place for adventure seekers with mountain trails, Community center Swimming pools and pond, Tennis, hiking, Basketball fitness area, restaurants Everything you need to enjoy yourself full kitchen, sun room with desk and futon. The first 2 guest passes are included in your stay and more are available.
I am am a skier and hiker and have spent over 20 years exploring the White mountains.
Waterville Estates is a unique district that covers parts of Campton and Thornton. It has a Community center with two indoor heated pools, outdoor heated pool, tennis courts Basketball courts a pond for swimming and floating , a restaurant, games, ping pong, and a fitness center.
