Come and relax as you tour the famous wine country of Paso Robles, or simply enjoy the many events held annually in the area. Lewis Loft is a charming upstairs unit built in 2010, with a second full bedroom suite recently added downstairs. Just three blocks from the heart of downtown and located in the Historic Vine Street district of Paso Robles any brief walk down the street will expose you to many historic structures from the early days. It sits behind and was built on the same property as The Historic Victorian Eppinger/Lewis House that was built in 1889. Another short walk to the down town of Paso Robles where you can enjoy the dining, entertainment and unique shopping boutiques, or just a quiet stroll through the park. You can pick up some fresh local farm goods and items from the Farmers Market in the park on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. This property is a two bedroom/two bath condo, with a walk-in closet, queen sofa sleeper and TV in the upstairs living area. It has a kitchen, stacked washer/dryer and is set up for internet with a desk for your convenience. The loft has a private indoor staircase with an intercom to the outside front door, for security. We have supplied it with extra bedding and cooking needs for extended stays.
