Soak up the sun in Beautiful lake Worth Beach (Historic District) .Steps from the Gorgeous Intracoastal waterways. Try one of my kayak's and cruise the intracoastal or have a picnic and watch the boats go by .Newly renovated home This is a chill place with good vibes & Positive energy Walk or bike to Gorgeous Lake Worth Beach. Less the a mile from popular Downtown Lake Worth filled with shops , food , bars & more .Minutes from Popular Downtown Delray Beach & City Place in West Palm. 3 min from I 95 The space This awesome private studio/room comes with a private entrance (beautiful impact french doors) with your own personal code to enter & exit! Comfy Queen bed , 50 LCD TV , Dresser , end table , work/eat bench coffee maker plus the coolest Retro Green mini fridge/freezer you've ever seen :) They'll be ice cold water inside waiting for you to drink! This unit comes with it's own mini-split AC unit (Not a wall unit) with remote..If you like it cold you can run it at 68 degrees brrrr... Large Private ''BRAND NEW' bathroom with Marble top dual sink vanity & walk in shower with rainfall shower head. It'll come fully equipped with all the bathroom essentials
'Chill' , 'down to earth' are a coupl way of describing me. Some call this the perfect Studio set up. There is also a separate entrance to the back yard (Green Scene) from your space. Full access to entire house or you can remain in your cozy lil getaway :) The house itself is 2400 sq' w/ 3 bedroom/3 bath. Located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood in beautiful Historic section of Lake Worth Beach Guest access Full use of entire house and amenities. Kitchen / family room / living room (Between the hours of 8:30am thru 10:30PM) Backyard : Lot's of Greenery to view Patio has Zero gravity recliners , 2 sets of chairs & small table & bar b que grill Parking in driveway and street.
