Welcome to Lilly's Guesthouse at the top of rural Arroyo Grande's Hansen Hill. This beautiful two bedroom, two bath home is shaded by mossy oaks and has beautiful views of the Huasna Valley, and while you have all the rural farm feels, you are less than a five minute from the Village of Arroyo Grande, with all its great shopping, restaurants and services. Guest will enjoy a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fully outfitted kitchen with a dishwasher, and a deck with outdoor seating, plus two spacious bedrooms, a bonus changing room with seated vanity and a washer/dryer plus a two car garage.
