If I forgot something request it in txt, it will be left at the door, very responsive. Don’t Monday quarter back and check out and ask for a refund cause you couldn’t ask for more toiletries or something wasn’t right, please communicate it to txt and we can sort it out fast. If you stayed at a place you call the front desk, so please text or call, with anything

LiL Betty’s is here for you. This is not a hotel or motel this is a simple super clean bare bone gem. Shhh, don't tell anyone. A true one bedroom unit on top of a detached garage, with 2 full size beds & 1 queen set up. BEST comfy deal in town. The place is timely and beautiful in its own simplicity. I also take care of lilBetty, make her day say hi, diy stuff goin on outside, wood/ materials things of that nature. About to paint whole unit. Building a deck.

Neighbourhood information

This is where a commercial meets residential this is the line, very quiet no neighbors make as much noise as you want in hours allowed by city. If you’re looking for the Ritz go to the Ritz. Old town Torrance is not far walk or 2 min uber many many places to eat, hang and shop. LilBs is off the beaten path, quiet, no one messes around, cameras everywhere. Hardly any to no neighbors. Bowling ally around the corner, so fun, bar east fast food. Ralphs super market up the block, cook something awesome kitchen, leave it the way you found it. All walking distance. Western n Carson 3 blocks or so away. Free street parking. Cleaning every Tuesday from 11am-2pm. You can park on the other side of street, always plenty of parking
