The high-end Kitchen is fully equipped to help you serve up scrumptious food with joy and ease. With stainless-steel top-end appliances, a Chef’s gas stove and pro range hood, wraparound stone countertops and all the primo cookware and necessities you could want, you’ll be able to fix up a great nosh whenever the mood strikes you! Morning coffee lovers? We hear the breakfast nook is your hangout but be aware - the Keurig habit may never leave you, as we provide only excellent coffee fixin’s for our guests! When your group feels it’s time for a formal meal, there’s a sweet dining room with great views to enjoy, while sharing tasty vacay food together.

Here at Lodged in the Trees, you’ll relish having lots of outstanding outdoor amenities to choose from, starting with a year-round relax-to-the-max hot tub on a covered lower deck right outside the main floor’s 4-Season porch. While peacefully soaking away, you can take in the splendor of the tranquil surrounding woods, remembering why a vacation is so desirable in the first place. And when you emerge from the hot tub, there’s a wonderful firepit on the stone patio just a few steps away, where you can enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage, listen to the birdsongs coming from the majestic trees encircling the property or simply count stars with your family or friends. Anyone hankering for barbecue? We’ve gotcha’ covered, as there’s a spacious upper deck with a fab gas grill, ready and waiting to get fired up for making a delicious meal. Want to swim? You’ll have seasonal access to the Camp Buffalo community pool, just a short walk away. Guests of Lodged in the Trees also have access to Camp Buffalo's pool, pickleball courts, playground, outdoor theatre, and club house areas for personal recreation use.
Besides being super-close to the many popular restaurants, galleries and boutique shops of downtown New Buffalo, you’re just a short distance from a number of truly majestic, crystal-sand Lake Michigan beaches! Plus, you can enjoy the many activities afforded by being a stone’s throw from the region’s largest recreational harbor – including boat and other watercraft rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises – and all sorts of woodland, lake and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore.
Lest we forget to mention, the stunning Warren Dunes State Park is close by, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, beachfront, wetland trails and extraordinary birdwatching! You and your guests might also relish visiting New Buffalo’s Oselka Park, which has baseball fields, playground equipment and tennis courts. And for even more variety,
