Bob and I built this house ourselves in 2004, along with our home and woodshop on same property. Both houses are situated on opposite sides of 25 acres. We have 2 Jack Russells and a cat and a few hens.
We retired to Florida in 2003 ,Bob from law enforcement and Kathy from Banking. Bob is a Master Woodworker and has a large shop on our side of the property. I volunteer with Marion County as a Master Gardener. We love bicycling all over our area.
you could possibly see black bear, deer, turkey, hawks, sandhill cranes, raccoons, opossums & coyotes in the area as we are just a couple of miles from the Ocala National Forest. There are tons of no/low traffic roads, so you can bicycle for over 20 miles, never go the same way twice, but never be more than 5 miles from the house.
