This spacious home right in the heart of York offers its guests a tranquil escape while still providing plenty of space for a group of friends or large family. When the sun is shining, sit out on the porch or in the sunroom to soak up some vitamin D. After an active day exploring, come home and bust out one of the many board games for a night of friendly competition or gather around the outdoor firepit for s'mores. This home is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged friends can come along on the adventure!

Spend your summer lounging on Long Sands Beach, just over a half mile away from your front door, or swimming in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. With it being so close, you can walk every day to the sandy shores to relax and play all summer long. Nubble Point is only 2.2 miles north of the home and offers picturesque views of the ocean and Nubble Lighthouse. If the kids have come along for the ride, take them just over two miles to York's Wild Kingdom for a family-oriented outing looking at animals and playing in the amusement park. For even more active fun, head 3.4 miles south to York Golf & Tennis Club! Things to know: Full kitchen, no dishwasher 2 bedrooms + 2 lofts 2 of the Twin beds have trundles underneath
