White sand and blue water - welcome to Longboat Key near Sarasota on the Gulf of Mexico. Our property is small with only 15 units, but with large resort amenities. We're located directly on Crane's Bay with beach access just across the street. Don't forget your boat, we have a dock on the property which boasts of a 13-slip marina. Disclaimer: The elevator will be undergoing repair for about five weeks starting Jul 5 It will be inaccessible, and stairs will be needed to access the unit. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the property." Our spacious condo is a generous 1600+ sq. ft. and directly faces Crane's Bay. All our units are identical with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Your comfortable condo has a kitchen with full size appliances including an in-unit washer/dryer for convenience. The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached private bath. Guest accommodations include a private room with 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. A hallway bathroom is shared with the common areas. The closets provide ample storage space for your belongings. Unwind on your private balcony overlooking Crane's Bay, you may even spot a manatee or two lazing around. When you check-in please be sure to inquire about limited availability of beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, helmets, tennis equipment, and fishing equipment. Linens, bath, and pool towels are provided. Pool and Whirlpool are open dawn-dusk. Books, games, and videos are also available in the lobby.

Longboat key more on the quiet side with most buildings at 3 levels or less (no high-rise buildings). Casual, no-frills atmosphere with plenty of options for things to do. Some places nearby: Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium – The Ringling – Art and Circus Museum Sarasota Jungle Gardens
