The property is a 2 family home, with a fully furnished second floor, 2 bed room walk up apt, featuring a spacious master BR with a flat screen TV and a walk in closet that can be used as an office. The second spacious bed room, also features a flat screen TV with a walk in closet. Other features are exceptionally high ceilings (rare find) and lots of natural light • Resurfaced beautiful parquet wood floors • Old-world architectural details and moldings • Living room features a large flat screen QLED TV • Large eat-in kitchen with vintage design cabinets and details. • Bathroom AMENITIES: Private laundry in basement Huge backyard, perfect for grilling and sun bathing Private parking in front of property (FREE)

Petya is a Norwalk native who is an interior designer, who has wonderfully designed this apt in beautiful fashion. She designed it to be a rental property that she would love to stay in if she were visiting Norwalk, Connecticut.

This is a beach community, with Calf pasture beach being roughly 1.5 miles away from the property. If you enjoy a brisk walk, this is the perfect opportunity to get in a walk to the beach on the Long Island Sound. Lots of great restaurants in the immediate area and the Metro North East Norwalk train station is on the next block.
