Ideal for couples or family, the home can accommodate 4 guests and two kids. This building does have an elevator and there is one flight of stairs before access to the condo. The open-plan living area boasts a well-equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. There is a large dining table with seating for four adjacent to the kitchen. There is also a queen-sized murphy cabinet bed. The dining area flows seamlessly into the stylish living room. Here, guests can relax and take in a movie on the flat screen TV, which is equipped with cable, and a DVD player. Access to the deck, with lovely beach dune views and outdoor seating, is located off the living room and off bedroom. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. After a day exploring Harbor Island, guests can get some rest in the bedroom—with its king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bath with shower. There is also a queen-sized Murphy cabinet bed in the living room. A half-bath is located off the living area. The unit does have a washer/dryer for guest use. Guests also have access to the community grill. Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the pools, fitness center, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and basketball court. Harbor Island requires guests to have a car pass to access the island. This condo allows 1 vehicles max. The second vehicle is allowed but would have a parking fee per day.
