A 3,200 sq ft / 300 m2, fully furnished gorgeous, sunlit, completely renovated Riverside Terrace home MINUTES from downtown, the Medial Center, Herman Park, Museum District, ZOO, Rice U, etc. It has spacious living area, four bedrooms, four full baths, and a beautiful large private fenced back yard. Every bedroom and every outside door has a YALE smart lock for added security and privacy. The master bath has a jacuzzi. Cleaning and/or breakfast and/or laundry services are provided for an additional cost
My husband and I would love to have you as our guests. I’m a registered nurse and my husband deals with real estate. We have a 20 year old son Risto who goes to Rice University and a 13 years old son Dimi who is in middle school.
Very quiet and well established neighborhood with old trees close to everything so you can use UBER to get around. Also, there is bus #5 which is 0.2 and bus #4 which is 0.4 miles away.
