You'll feel lucky you found Lucky 13! This Cape Velero Southwind Estates home is coastal country comfort at its best. This beautiful stilt home overlooks Copano Bay to the West and Port Bay to the South. You'll wind your way down Cape Velero Drive, as you watch the shore birds wade in the tidal pools, to your home away from home. As you pull into the drive, the area under the home instantly invites you to hang out with family and friends. Picnic tables, a pellet smoker and a chair swing entice you to play in the bay breeze. After a day at the beach, wash off those sandy toes with one of the garden hoses available for your use. Lighted stairs lead you to the front door where you'll want to take a moment to enjoy the water view from the rocking chairs that overlook Copano Bay.
