LunaSea is located in the live oak canopies of Old Seagrove Beach! Just minutes from the beach and backs up to the community of Seaside. You'll be in the perfect location to explore all 30A has to offer! Step into this unique home and enjoy the first floor main living spaces. The kitchen is open to the living and dining spaces, as well as the screened in porch. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and large island for extra seating.The kids bunk room is on this first level and includes two twin over twin bunks, sleeping four total guests. There is a full bath on this level as well.
Head on up to the second level to the Primary Suite which is complete with a king size bed, private en suite and private balcony. The Primary En Suite includes two sinks and a glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads. Enjoy the balcony views of the live oak canopy which is unique to this area of Seagrove beach! The queen guest bedroom is on this second level as well and is equipped with a queen size bed and private en suite. The en suite bathroom has a single sink and tiled tub/shower combo.
The cozy screened in porch is a must on 30A and has ample seating for everyone. There is a dining table for four, a couch, two chairs and a porch bed swing. Enjoy the TV on the porch as a second living area or step outside the screened in porch to enjoy the backyard and grilling area!
