It offers convenient access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making the location ideal, though it may not suit everyone’s preferences. *** IMPORTANT: If you expect an upscale neighborhood, this may not be the right fit. While our home is upscale and we’ve never had issues, the neighborhood is gentrifying, featuring a mix of newly remodeled and older homes, some of which may be under construction. Occasional noise or encounters with homeless individuals may occur, similar to many downtown areas. We aim to be transparent and ask that guests respect this by leaving fair reviews. Our guests often love the area and return, and we hope those who book with us understand and appreciate the neighborhood for its character and charm.
