3 Bedroom; 2.5 Bath modern townhome across street from beach, 2 large balconies off of living room and master bedroom. Lush landscaping. Enjoy meals in the beautiful dining area. Full equipped kitchen! Parking garage 1 car and driveway parking available. Sleeps 10. We rent all year round due to beautiful Florida weather. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, parks, basketball court, volleyball. Close to Johns Pass, 1 mile - Indian Rocks Beach. Tampa, Clearwater and St. Pete are a short drive. The space “Shore to Please”- This townhouse has everything you'll need for your vacation! Enjoy a well stocked kitchen and an open spacious floor plan that creates a great space for gathering, entertaining, and memory making. The living room has plenty of comfy seating, tons of space, and a large flat screen TV. You will love to have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the balconies off the living area and master bedroom. Grill, outdoor shower, paddle board, kayak, board games and books, 8 beach towels, beach umbrella and small beach tent, wagon, stroller, beach inflatables, and table tennis included with rental! The space This beautiful beach villa is the perfect solution for a large family or group looking to spread out and enjoy a fantastic time together in a beautiful beach setting. Our Beach House is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, home that boasts 2,400 square feet of living space and has 3 levels. The first level has a garage, a covered patio that features a bbq grill, and a foyer with bench. Endless ways to relax and entertain continue in your own fenced back yard complete with an outdoor shower. Second level is an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen all adjacent to each other. The beautiful living room with modern, updated décor, a flat screen TV, and a large comfortable sectional couch from which to enjoy it all. There is a balcony right off the living room with beautiful coastal chairs to relax on, and a futon bed off the living room.
To travel is to live! I live close by in Tampa and have lived in the area 10+ years. Always available for questions and suggestions for things to do!
Restaurants within walking distance: Sweet Sage Cafe (0.5 mile walk), The Conch Republic Grill (0.4 mile walk), Dunkin Donuts (1 mile), Coastal Pizza Kitchen (0.6 mile walk), Burrito Social (0.9 mile). Friendship park 0.2 mile walk from home has a picnic table with water views, and an open park to play ball or have a nice walk. Across from this park is another park with swing set, basketball courts, volleyball, and gazebos with picnic tables. CVS, Dollar store, Winn Dixie (Grocery store), and Surf Style shops within 1 mile.
