Quiet neighborhood. Home is steps away from neighborhood park with playground, pickleball/squash court, workout area, and paved routes for walking and jogging. Also walking distance from tennis/basketball/soccer etc. and playgrounds. Hiking and biking trails nearby. Very close to McCall and Menifee Rd. One mile from Menifee hospital, two miles to I-215, and 7 miles to LLU Murrieta and Kaiser hospitals. Walking distance from elementary school and new shopping center (in progress) with Starbucks, Chipotle, grocery store, etc.
Multiple parks in walking distance. Free parking readily available. Home is within 2 miles of 215 freeway.
