Bring the whole family to this spacious luxury screened pool home, a great place with lots of room for fun. Located lakefront in the desirable neighborhood of Laurel Oaks, close to shopping centers and local beaches. Enjoy picturesque sunsets from the lanai overlooking the large pool. The home features a granite kitchen w SS appliances, breakfast bar, eat-in kitchen, living/great rm, dining & family rms w ceiling fans thru-out. Centrally located from Orlando and Miami international airport.
Beautiful quiet neighborhood, you are minutes way from Beaches, Indian River, High end Restaurants and Parks. This is a very safe neighborhood, parking infront of the garage may be easy for you to be in and out. Beaches has no parking fees. Access the beach from the park area, you will love it. Downtown beach area is filled with luxury shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the beautiful and safe board walk in the evening.
