***THIS PROPERTY IS IDEAL FOR FAMILIES***
YOU HAVE MADE IT! You are now viewing one of the most unique properties in Naples, FL for your stay with family and or friends. The reason I say this is because:
-This property is on 2.5 acres of land & isolated
-Fully covered pool, jacuzzi, patio area, and dining area outside to enjoy
-2 Pickleball Courts
-In the garage we have a full Ping-Pong table
-No neighbors to annoy/pester you during your stay
-Dining, the beach, golf, nightlife, zoo nearby
The Space:
We wanted this space to be peaceful, relaxing, private, luxurious, stylish, & fun for families/friends looking to get away!
In the backyard area we have a heated saltwater pool/spa for you, your family, and friends to enjoy with a big dining table outside that seats 10 just in case you want to have a meal outside!
In the front of the entrance to the property, we have 2 Pickleball courts for you to enjoy at the convenience of being just steps away from the front door of the property!
This house is fully stocked and has a fully equipped kitchen for you and your family to enjoy breakfasts, lunches/brunches, dinners, etc
We also have a coffee maker for you to enjoy that first cup of coffee to make your wife, husband, and kids more tolerable (Humor)
On site washer/dryer to make sure your families/friends clothes are washed and dried
3 total TV's (2 in bedrooms & 1 in living room) that include Netflix & Youtube where you and family/friends can enjoy watching that comedy or horror movie together
High speed WIFI throughout the home and back patio so you still have access to the outside world but at the same time have that private and isolated from reality feel
Lastly, in the garage we have a Ping-Pong table equipped with AC to make sure you can stay in the garage, relax, and have some fun with your family in a comfortable enviroment

The Golden Gate neighborhood in Naples is a very safe neighborhood with Dining, the beach, Golf, bars, nightlife, clubs/bars, zoo, and shopping very close by
