Dry off afterwards on the recliners around the pool, and kids and pets can enjoy safe areas to run around and burn off their energy! PARKING A big group needs lots of parking space, and here, the garage and driveway provide spaces for up to 8 vehicles. LAUNDRY In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. REMOTE WORKING There’s likely to be someone in a group of 16+ with work to do during your stay. We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests • How far is the home from specific locations? Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes.
