~ Beautiful Modern Home with "Pool Table" and "Game Room"!! Located in a pleasant community a couple miles from downtown Ferndale and Royal Oak. Small cozy park tucked away just across the street. Nearby access to several restaurants, bars, & Detroit Zoo. Minutes away from freeways I75/696 Downtown Detroit is just a 15 minute drive away.
