Stay comfortably in Houston at this 3-bedroom condo. Just minutes away from Houston's premier restaurant and entertainment district, this condo serves as a great homebase for your friends and family to relax. The space boasts 3 queen beds, 1 futon, and 4 bathrooms fully stocked with amenities! Enjoy the amazing living room with 2 large sofas for extra guests. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make traveling easy on you :) The Game Lounge features a smart TV, pool table, ping pong, darts, foosball table and couch lounge. The property also has an outdoor patio upstairs for you enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail!
We (Andrew & Matt) have been close friends for years and our strong bond is the foundation of our successful partnership. We're both incredibly loyal and bring a great work ethic to everything we do. When we aren't working on growing our business together, we can be found exploring new cities and spending most of our time outside or in the gym catering to our healthy lifestyles :)
I chose this particular neighborhood because it is in a booming area of the great city of Houston! The home is located in the Greater Fifth Ward and is part of a beautiful brand new community being built on the East River. The neighborhood is quiet, secure, and very calming. The homes are beautiful both outside and in, with brand new appliances throughout.
