This 2500 Sqf luxury vacation house includes 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a king bed, 3rd bedroom has a king bed, 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom plus a trundle bed (double) and the 6th bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. There is also a queen air mattress bed available, which is very comfortable, so this house can sleep a total of 19 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. There is specious game area with a pool table, Skee ball arcade and plenty of games. There is a covered patio with sitting area, BBQ grill, plenty of private parking space and a private huge outdoor luxurious pool. I can assure you will Iove it! You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids. Please note - House is 100% non-smoking. Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. - Pool will be open all year long but it is not heated. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - If you wish for a late check out, there will be a charge per hour (You will need to get landlord's approval first)
